Regional Servers technicians are a reliable school asset, they are on call from 08:00 until 19:00, ( 24hr option subject to contract).
All Regional Servers technicians are trained in the latest (and the oldest) Windows operating systems, most are trained in the use and maintenance of Linux based devices, including file servers, web / email / caching servers and firewalls.
The Regional Servers office in Leeds provides a central point of contact for both our customers and our technicians. With our in-house designed specialised remote management software we are able to remotely maintain most networks without being on-site.
We are currently rolling out VoIP telephones to all our technicians allowing Regional Servers to cut our telephony costs and to increase our customer presence.
All our contract customers have unlimited telephone support provision. Onsite support to Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Northumberland is provided at 4hrs notice.

Fixed Price Support - We are able to offer fixed price support on an annual basis, with prices dependent on the school size, and the network configuration
Flexible Support - if you require support on a more flexible basis, perhaps buying in a amaller number of days on a call-down basis, we are happy to oblige. We can create a flexible support contract with you covering on-site support, telephone support and remote access support components.
